AFRAQ2023

AFRAQ2023. From 13 to 16 November 2023 in Lusaka – From 13 to 16 November 2023, Lusaka, the capital of Zambia one of the fastest growing aquaculture producers in Africa, will host AFRAQ2023.

During the conference “Resilient value chains in the blue economy” the focus will be on research, innovation and investments in aquaculture to support the continued growth of the sector in Africa.

The three-day event will include a science forum, trade expos, industry forums, workshops, student events, receptions and other gatherings.

Important speakers are expected from all over Africa and beyond. During the event special tours will be organized at some of the most advanced freshwater fish farms; feed plants, fish markets, research and development centers and other facilities of interest.

Thousands of delegates from around the world are expected to celebrate achievements on all aspects of aquaculture development in Africa, but also to find solutions to some of the challenges hindering the growth of the sector and to explore new opportunities.
